Commercial-grade LVT and homogeneous vinyl sheeting are ideal for high-traffic spaces. They are durable, easy to maintain, and available in a wide range of finishes. For offices, carpet tiles are popular because damaged tiles can be individually replaced.

Yes. Luxury vinyl tiles and vinyl sheeting are fully waterproof, making them suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and areas where spills are common.

Laminate is suitable for kitchens with water-resistant ranges, but for bathrooms and laundry rooms we recommend vinyl flooring instead, as it is fully waterproof.

Carpet tiles are modular squares (typically 50×50 cm) that are easy to replace individually if damaged. Broadloom is a continuous roll of carpet that provides a seamless look. Both are available in commercial and residential grades.

Yes. We provide a full service including removal of old flooring, subfloor levelling with self-levelling screed, moisture testing, and any prep work needed before installation.

In many cases, yes — provided the existing surface is level, dry, and structurally sound. We inspect the subfloor and advise whether overlay is possible or if removal is recommended.

Most vinyl and laminate products can be installed over low-temperature underfloor heating systems. The surface temperature should not exceed 27 °C. We’ll confirm compatibility for your specific product choice.

Both. We can supply and install as a complete package, or provide installation services if you have already purchased your flooring materials.

Regular sweeping or vacuuming and damp mopping is usually sufficient. Avoid excessive water on laminate, and use manufacturer-recommended cleaning products. We provide specific maintenance instructions with every installation.

With proper care, quality vinyl and laminate floors last 15–25 years. Carpet tiles in commercial settings typically last 10–15 years depending on traffic. We only install reputable brands with proven track records.
